The Gallery
Untold Editions is a collectible design initiative in New York City founded by Andreea Avram Rusu of Avram Rusu Studio and Samantha Gallacher of Art + Loom. Bringing together their distinct yet complementary practices, Untold Editions presents furniture, lighting, rugs, and objects that explore the intersection of art, design, and craftsmanship. Located in the heart of the Flatiron District, Untold Editions is open by appointment Monday–Friday from 9am - 5pm.
The Collection
The Studio is especially intrigued by and devoted to sculptural integrity in functional design for furniture and lighting as a foundational element of exceptional architecture and interiors. Andreea’s expressive designs offer a variety of different styles, sizes, and options to choose from, as well as serve as a springboard for clients’ imaginations and desires.
Custom commissions are a hallmark of Avram Rusu Studio and a particular pleasure for Andreea. From significant, large-scale installations to intriguing, modest interventions, Andreea enjoys bringing her depth of experience in developing her collections to creative collaborations with clients. Site-specific projects invite new perspectives and expand what’s possible within her artistic practice, while providing clients with personalized, unique functional artworks.
The Studio
New York-based Avram Rusu Studio was founded by architect and designer Andreea Avram Rusu in 2004. Infusing the creative process with her unique alchemy of sculptural intuition and specific formal concepts, Andreea combines technical precision with an affinity for organic flow and natural materials in her dynamic lighting, furniture, object, and rug collections.
